Personal, Professional Service: Hartnoll Guitars is a small business, run by guitar enthusiasts. Our sales and servicing departments are run by extremely competent personnel who are determined to provide you with the very best levels of service you can find, right across the board. Whether you simply want a pack of strings, or a top end electric guitar and a full Marshall stack, we will find you the optimum product mix for your needs. Stock selection based on value: Product selection policy is strictly designed to ensure that we only stock and sell items that are high value purchases for the guitarist, whether a beginner or professional. Each item is tested before we decide to stock it and basically we ask ourselves if the quality of the product is reflected in the price and worth every penny before we commit to stocking it. Added Value: Please note that, unlike other companies our product descriptions are not just copies of the manufacturers press blurb but are (in most cases) written from our own personal experiences with the products. We understand that buying online doesn't give you the same chance to play with the product as a shop would so we personally test each product (and often keep them ourselves!!) that we sell and write our own reviews to give you a better view of what you are buying. Hartnoll Guitars is a small company and as such we are able to offer you a personal service for everything you require. If you're after something we don't stock, we can probably get it for you. Please ring or Regarding guitars themselves, in most cases the instrument is personally set up here at our workshops before being sent out to you ensuring maximum satisfaction on delivery! |
