Our priority is to make ordering from our website as simple and SAFE as possible. As such we provide our customers with payment options as detailed below:
Our automated shopping cart system is designed to be simple, foolproof and, of course, user friendly. Simply click on a product you want to buy and the shopping cart will open up. Continue shopping by clicking the "BUY" buttons on your selected products until you are ready to make your order. Click the generate order form button and a complete order form will be generated. At this point you need to inform oursystem of your location so the cart can calculate the actual shipping rate to your address. As we understand each customers' needs are different we offer a choice of shipping services based around the "Cheapest" or "Fastest"* delivery option for your purchases. Next, simply click "proceed to pay" to enter your details securely and pay online. * Our Cheapest/Fastest system is only available to UK customers. Our automated shopping cart is the best method of payment available, the system takes you right through the order process, calculating shipping costs and discounts and allowing you to pay quickly and safely through our secure server. Just follow the on-screen instructions using our shopping cart and your payment will be taken immediately. NOTE: For security reasons we will only ship to the cardholders address. This avoids the use of stolen credit cards. PLEASE CALL US FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Once you have generated your order, please print the order form and post to: Hartnoll Guitars Ltd, 6-8 College Avenue, Mutley, Plymouth, PL4 7AN. Please write your cheque card number and postcode on the back of the cheque. Orders under £100 will be despatched immediately if you do this, otherwise we will wait for the cheque to clear. |
