HARTNOLL'S, RETURNS POLICY

The responsibility of care is passed to the customer upon delivery. We cannot compensate for damage to goods caused by customers' incorrect use or operation of products.

Returns Procedure:

If, for any reason you need to return anything to us, you must first raise a returns reference number. Failing to do this can result in delays in handling your return.

In order to raise a returns reference number, please use the form below. You will need the email address with which you made the purchase, and your invoice number.

Before raising a claim, please read the terms and conditions of return, these can be found below the form.

Conditions for Return:


Items arrived damaged: Complete the form, giving full description of damage. If items delivered by courier, we will arrange collection immediately, or we kindly ask you to return the items by post. Upon confirmation of reciept of damaged goods back to us we wil refund any expenses incured and refund or replace the goods.
Items are not as described or faulty: Procedure is as above. It is our responsibility to ensure that goods arrive with you in good working order.
I have changed my mind about this product:

If you change your mind about a product which is not faulty you may still return it for a refund within 7 days, however, there is a re-stocking fee. This is 5% of the purchase price of the items which are to be returned.

Please call us in such circumstances and we will do our best to solve your problem and provide you with a product that does suit your needs.
