The responsibility of care is passed to the customer upon delivery. We cannot compensate for damage to goods caused by customers' incorrect use or operation of products.

Items arrived damaged:

Complete the form, giving full description of damage. If items delivered by courier, we will arrange collection immediately, or we kindly ask you to return the items by post. Upon confirmation of receipt of damaged goods back to us we will refund any expenses incurred and refund or replace the goods.

Items are not as described or faulty:

Procedure is as above. It is our responsibility to ensure that goods arrive with you in good working order.

I have changed my mind about this product:

If you change your mind about a product which is not faulty you may still return it for a refund within 7 days. In these cases though, we ask that it is your responsibility to return the goods, at your cost and in good condition.
