If, for any reason you need to return anything to us, you must first raise a returns authorisation number.
Failing to do this can result in delays in handling your return.
Terms & Conditions for Return:
Items arrived damaged:
Complete the form, giving full description of damage. If items delivered by courier, we will arrange collection immediately, or we kindly ask you to return the items by post.
Upon confirmation of receipt of damaged goods back to us we will refund any expenses incurred and refund or replace the goods.
Items are not as described or faulty:
Procedure is as above. It is our responsibility to ensure that goods arrive with you in good working order.
I have changed my mind about this product:
If you change your mind about a product which is not faulty you may still return it for a refund within 7 days. In these cases though, Please call us in such circumstances & we'll do our best to solve your problem & provide you with a product that does suit your needs.
Outside of the 7 day "cooling off period" we may offer a return service in exchange for credit note.
This option is at our descretion, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%.
In all cases, unless faulty or not as described, responsibility for returning the goods is yours.
