All UK Mainland orders over £100 and weighing less than 28kgs* are delivered free. The dispatch method will be shown in your shopping cart and is usually a 24 hours service. As always we will aim to get all orders placed before lunch time dispatched that day for delivery as soon as possible!

Uk Offshore orders incur an extra charge as our couriers charge us a lot extra to reach destinations that they determine as "overseas," such as Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, etc. To compensate for this we pay the first £10 of the delivery charge and you only pay the difference charged to us due to the location.

* orders with a total weight of over 28kgs must be sent by "Freight Mail" and therefore incur an extra charge.

This depends on the shipping service you chose. All orders received by midday on business days will be dispatched that day. We will attempt to do the same with orders received after midday, but please understand in busy times this is not always possible.

Delivery times will be as per the service you have selected, with 2nd Class post the delivery time is approx 3 - 5 days, Next Day or Special Delivery are guaranteed next day services providing your order is placed before our cut-off time.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: On certain items we can offer a Saturday delivery, this option can be selected, but voids the free delivery option. Please ensure you get your order in before midday on the Friday for a guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Depending on the service chosen, and the level of insurance required, your package will be delivered by either DHL, Interlink Express or Royal Mail.

The total shipping rate charged is determined by the postage rate, plus a small amount for packaging materials and handling.

* Note; if your item is a OUT OF STOCK item, delivery times will be longer, please ring or email if you are concerned.

All orders qualifying for free shipping will be appropriately insured by default.

In general our shopping cart allows you to chose insured or un-insured options, this will depend on the details of your parcel. The entire system is designed to work out MINIMUM COST TO CUSTOMER, so if there is no option to remove insurance it means that the system has determined that this will not reduce the cost, thus is not offered.

Our shipping cart can calculate shipping charges to any UK Mainland, UK Offshore, or European Location (inc ROI) please understand that it is more expensive for us to ship abroad so these charges are higher but we have kept them as low as possible.
